Céline and René Angélil unveil the results of the Growing Up Healthy campaign

godparents for the Sainte-Justine Hospital Foundation's Growing Up Healthy
campaign, as well as Claude Brien-Coutu and L. Jacques Ménard, the campaign's
co-chairs, are delighted to invite you to the unveiling of the campaign
results, on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at 2:45 p.m. ET in the Marcelle-Lacoste
room on the 9th floor of the Sainte-Justine University Hospital Centre.
On this occasion, the key people of the Growing Up Healthy campaign,
whose fundraising objective was set at $100 million when the campaign was
launched in December 2002, will give a final report and prepare the way for

Céline Dion & Janette Bertrand
(5:55 a.m GMT) After being interviewed by Stéphan Bureau in Las Vegas, Céline Dion will welcome Janette Bertrand
(a kinf of Quebecer Martha Stewart or Oprah) probably inside her Laval home (Montréal-Quebec). The meeting will take
place at the beginnings of December, will last 90 minutes and will be broadcasted on the Quebec TV Station
Radio-Canada during Christmas holidays.
For the very-first time, Céline's home in Laval will welcome a TV-broadcasting. In the meantime,
the TV special: 'Toute une vie! Celine Dion' (broadcasted in Québec last Sunday) attracted an average of
1,246,000 viewers. It was the second most watched TV program of the Quebecer prime-time
(the show Tout le monde en parle attracted 1,592,000 viewers). A VERY GOOD RESULT for a 2-hour show
entirely dedicated to a singer and subtitled in French (excluding the new interview in French). We will post the videos

Early in August, TDmonthly Magazine learned from Uneeda Inc.’s then-president Richard Flaxman that superstar singer Celine Dion
was working with the company on a new line of realistic baby dolls. Now it’s official: Dave Platel, management associate at Dion’s Five Star Feeling/CDA
confirmed the Dion/Uneeda association in an e-mail to TDmonthly Magazine, adding that “we're currently developing a line with Uneeda ... it is in

(4:50 p.m. GMT) Celine Dion is a wonder woman. Because of her, millions of Americans learned for the first time that some Canadians don't speak English; she saves
thousands of Las Vegas tourists nightly from about 90 minutes worth of gambling losses; and now we learn that she has even rescued an airline.
It was only 18 months ago that Air Canada was one of the sick puppies of the aviation industry, in bankruptcy protection, shedding jobs and leaking cash.
The business had crashed and no one could find the black box.
But in an amazing turnaround, its parent, ACE Aviation Holdings, this week reported a $270-million profit for the third quarter on an 11.3-per-cent profit
margin that has turned it into one of the industry's top performers.
It's all very well for analysts to credit chief executive officer Robert Milton for his restructuring plan and for the way he reimagined the airline's services and fares.
Whatever. It hasn't escaped our notice that the company began to take off just as it brought the Quebec diva on as its celebrity spokeswoman.
No one who hears
her belt out the lyrical line "You and I were meant to fly" can resist the urge to delete westjet.com from their bookmarks and head straight to
Air Canada's website. The lovely Celine is almost enough to make one forget that this week, Air Canada discontinued free meals on North American flights
and will now charge for food.
