Celine will be the special guest on the season finale of Deal or No Deal. The season finale of Deal or No Deal will be aired
on June 5 on the North-American NBC. She said: "I don't watch TV that much, but I watch Deal or No Deal. My whole family is hooked.
My son cannot even stand or sit still when the show is on. He is touching the TV screen screaming "Deal" or "No Deal". It was a thrill for me to participate,
and give encouragement to the contestant on the show." Céline joins high school guidance counselor Casey Bell's support team live via satellite from Las Vegas, and helps Bell during crucial decision
making moments when host Howie Mandel asks the all-important question, "deal, or no deal?"

(8:50 p.m. GMT) A month ago it was announced that singer Marc Dupré would have recorded his new videoclip «Tout près du bonheur»
with Céline in the Nevada desert and that the producer Dan Bigras would have produced the video. Céline and his son-in-law, Marc Dupré, will still record the videoclip but its shooting won't take place in
the Nevada desert, at least the scenes in which Céline appears. After a viral infection that caused her a labyrinthitis
accompanied by an impaired sense of balance and six shows cancelled last month, her management decided to
shoot the video in The Colosseum under the direction of Ivan Grbovic (the same director of the videoclip of Je ne vous oublie
pas) and not by Dan Bigras who had to decline.
The shooting of «Tout près du bonheur» videoclip will begin tomorrow, the day-after celebrations
of Céline's 500th Vegas show (2,074,000 tickets sold so far, since March 2003).

After 18 years of touring around the world, Celine Dion has embraced a life of domesticity – sort of.
OK, so she doesn't really do much vacuuming these days. "It doesn't mean I won't do it again, but I'm fortunate that I don't have to do it now,"
says the singer, who reportedly earned an estimated $38.5 million in 2005 and has sold more than 175 million albums over the years. Dion and her husband René Angélil have settled into a happy routine in Las Vegas, where they live in a suburban three-bedroom home 30 minutes off the strip
with a little guy who is the world to them: 5-year-old son René-Charles. "I love being a mom – it relaxes me to read stories to him, do finger painting, play
with Play-Doh," says Dion. "I think people have a hard time imagining I can have a normal life, but I do."
Well, that might be stretching it. Four or five nights a week Dion sells out the 4,148-seat theater at Caesars Palace, where fans pay up to $225 to see the
five-time Grammy winner perform songs like her 1998 hit "My Heart Will Go On." Sunday, May 7 will mark her 500th show. "It's like I blinked and
it's 500," says Dion, 38, who has extended the three-year contract, reportedly for $100 million, that she signed in 2002 to the end of 2007. Even fellow stars
like Michael Jackson and Britney Spears have been to the show.
Dion's favorite fan so far? Her son, who saw the show for the first time last year. She was a ball of nerves knowing he was in the audience with dad Angélil,
64, who is also Dion's manager. "It was the only time I felt nauseous before a show," she says. "My son was going to be there looking at me as a performer and
not as a mom reading stories at bedtime."
After all, a stable routine is the reason she took the gig in the first place; no longer touring the world, the family enjoys that normal life she was talking about.
"I am a full-time mom. That's my priority," she says. "Then I go and sing a few songs at night."

(8:15 p.m. GMT) Céline Dion is a working mom. She heads to work four to five times a week and explains to her son, Rene-Charles, why mommy has to leave. "I'll sing as fast
as I can and I'll call you, OK?" she sometimes tells her 5 year old. Ahead of her 500th show at Caesars Palace on Sunday, the Grammy-winning
singer said she wants a break when the show wraps up around the end of 2007, to vacation in the Mediterranean Sea with friends and family,
and then move into a new home being built in Florida, where her son will attend school."I look forward to go with him in the car in the morning and wish him a good day and not worry about my voice and not discipline myself so much,"
said Dion. In an interview with The Associated Press in her humidity-controlled backstage quarters, the French-Canadian diva talked about her plans for the
future, her hopes for another child, but most of all her son. In January, Rene-Charles turned the same age that Dion was when she began her stellar career,
singing with her family as her mother played the violin and father the accordion.
The fair-haired boy seems to love hard rock rather than the ballads Dion is famous for, his Gamecube video game console and sports. Dion said she
will not push him to become a performer. "I certainly don't see him at 5 the way I was at 5 starting something professional," she said. "I so much want
him to be a kid." It's evident that the constant performances have strained the singer, who began a three-year, $100 million contract at Caesars in March 2003,
then extended it through next year.
Last week, she recovered from a viral inflammation of the inner ear called "labyrinthitis" that caused her to miss six shows because of dizziness. She showed
up for the interview with a towel and heat around her neck — something to soothe the strain that comes from performing on a stage that slopes toward the
audience. Backstage, she is surrounded by pictures, mostly of Rene-Charles, but also of a mosaic of the last photo she took with her father before he died at 80 in
2003.
There is a framed sheet with signatures from famous fans — including Oprah, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the Beatles's original producer, Sir George
Martin — and photos of her husband-manager, Rene Angelil, who mortgaged his home to finance her first album in her early teens. Now, after a brief bout with
cancer several years ago, he is often seen playing in high-stakes poker tournaments around the Strip.
Dion said she leads a normal life. Rene-Charles stays up until she comes home and the three of them sleep in the same bed. In the morning, it's coffee
and toast, and then sometimes playing in the empty lot the family purchased beside their home at Lake Las Vegas, about a half-hour drive from Caesars.
Dion said she wants to try to have another child, but will not be disappointed if it doesn't work out. She told a French magazine in October that a frozen embryo
was awaiting her at a New York clinic, created in the in vitro process that helped her give birth to her son.
"Hopefully after this project, we can try to have another one. And if not, it's what God has decided," she said. "I never thought I was going to have a child.
We have one. It's such a blessing." She noted that the pictures in her dressing room may be a little dated. Her son's wavy, light hair — just like his mother's — is
now "down to his back" she said, touching the small of her back. "He's a rocker," she said, adding she's never cut his hair even once since he
was born. "I asked him if he wanted me to cut it a little bit, he says, 'Uh uh, no.' No he doesn't want to," Dion said. "When he's ready, he'll let me know."
Céline's statue was created by Claus Velte and the workshop of Grévin Museum. It will wear the dress that Céline wore for the ceremony of the Oscars in 1998
and will also wear a copy of the famous jewel "The Heart Of Ocean" created by the jeweller Asprey for the "Titanic".
Thibault Vabre, supervised the colors of the make-up of the statue, carried out with the oil-base paint and whose pictures were sent to Céline Dion and to Rene Angélil for their approval. All the profits from the pictures will be entirely offer to the Celine Dion Foundation. A first statue of the singer had already been inaugurated in the Grévin Museum in Paris on last February 6th
When a doctor said jittery movements in her eyes had stopped, Dion said she "took a chance" and returned to performing.
She told the Associated Press she's "95 per cent" better now. "It's hard to do a show, but it's harder not to do it," Dion said.
"When you come back, you're afraid. You're scared and you're like, kind of ashamed," she said. "You're like, 'I'm sorry, you know?"'
"Then you talk to yourself and say, 'You're a human being, it can happen."'
Spokeswoman Kris Lingle said Dion returned to work last Wednesday, on April 26.
Dion will put on her 500th show at Caesars Palace on Sunday. It is a benefit production to raise $1 million for 10 local charities.
The performer said she's excited about the benchmark performance. Some concertgoers have paid up to $10,000 for two front-row seats.
"It's amazing that people wanted to come and make a difference, too," she said. "It's rewarding. It's wonderful!!"
Dion began a three-year engagement at the 4,100-seat Colosseum theatre in 2003. She's now performing about 165 shows a year. Her run has been
extended through the end of 2007.
