Gross Sales: US$ 2,474,845 (with a decrease of US$ 67,616 compared to the shows from June 15th to June 19th); Shows/ Sellouts: 5/2, Attend/Capacity: 18,312 out of 19,828. With these shows, Céline's sold-out shows are 313 out of 380 performed shows.

ALWAYS ON THE TOP!!!

(2:10 p.m. GMT) Billboard magazine has just published the mid-year-chart of Tours which earned the most in the U.S.A. from January 1st through June 23rd, 2005. With 26 sold-out U.S. shows and $45.3 million in ticket receipts, U2 is the runaway leader in music's 2005 road race. Celine Dion's Las Vegas spectacle is SECOND, with $38.4 million for 72 shows. Elton John is No. 3 after earning $31.2 million for 36 shows. The rest of the top 10, with grosses (in millions): Kenny Chesney ($25.1), The Eagles ($23.3), Josh Groban ($16.5), Motley Crue ($15.9), Cher ($13.7), George Strait ($13.5) and Yanni ($10.4).

As announced days ago, Céline will be part of the Canadian stars which will take part at the Canadian "Live 8", a concert that aims at making people and governments aware of the poverty plaguing many Third-World countries. Céline's pre-taped performance and message will be broadcasted during the July 2 concert on a giant screen. Céline will perform 'Love Can Move Mountains'

Back To Jupiter Island ?

It seems Céline's heart will go on -- in Jupiter Island. According to property records, the "Titanic" crooner and her husband recently plunked down more than $12.5 million for a waterfront home on 3.7 acres in the 200 block of South Beach Road. Despite some buzz in past months about the rumored move, many local real estate agents seemed taken aback by the quiet transaction. "I haven't heard anything about it," said Maria Wells, president of the Realtors Association of Martin County. "It must have been a private sale." Public records show the property was sold earlier this month to Renlec Management Inc., a Canadian firm. The address listed for Renlec is the same as Quebec-based Feeling Productions, the artist-management company run by Céline and her husband, Rene Angelil.

In addition, a couple of years ago, the famous couple sold their Jupiter home -- in Admiral's Cove -- for $9 million under the name Renlec Enterprises Inc. Only two years ago, the French-Canadian singer laid down $3.5 million for waterfront property in Bear's Club, Jack Nicklaus' golf course development in Jupiter. Some local agents said news of the Jupiter Island sale was particularly surprising because of the popular belief that Céline planned to build a home by the golf course. Either way, it's unclear whether Dion and her family will move into the new home on South Beach Road, which was previously owned by F. Morgan and Barbara Taylor Jr.

Céline told The Stuart News last year that the singer "loves the Jupiter area" and wants to raise her son there. A search of local residential real estate listing services showed no sign of the sale. The lack of information, some Realtors said, meant it was a private transaction. Céline is not the only familiar face to settle in town.

IT'S CONFIRMED, CELINE IN FRANCE IN 2005!!

(11:50 a.m. GMT) Vice-president of the French TV network TF1, Etienne Mougeotte, confirmed today to the French newspaper Le Figaro that Céline will come in France in October !! Reading his words, it seems that Céline will take part to one of the prime time of the fifth edition of Star Academy. She will perform till October 2, 2005 in Las Vegas... after that date she will be on vacation!

Las Vegas 51S VS. Tacoma Rainiers

(11:55 a.m. GMT) On June 20, 2005 there was an important baseball game in Las Vegas - Las Vegas 51S VS. Tacoma Rainiers. Céline, whose backup singers performed the American national anthem, sat behind home plate and stayed for the entire game. Shalimar's mom was there too and told us that Celine was at the game with Rene and little Rene-Charles. According to her, Céline really had a great time, jumping up and cheering... at one point in the game she also tried to catch a ball that flew into the stand. She talked so much to everyone around her and ate cotton candy and snow cones. Céline and her family stayed for over 3 hours and had lot of fun.

Céline Joins The Live 8 - TV

(10:00 p.m. GMT) It's confirmed! Celine Dion will perform for Canada's Live 8 concert. Her performance will be done LIVE via satellite from Las Vegas. The July 2 show will be held the same day as concerts in London, Paris, Rome, Berlin and Philadelphia, all aimed at pressuring world leaders to eradicate global poverty.

It was also announced yesterday that CTV will be the host broadcaster for Live 8 Canada. CTV will broadcast the complete event live beginning at 11 a.m. ET on Saturday, July 2. In what is being planned as an historic, all-day, rock and roll television event, CTV will also broadcast live portions of additional Live 8 concerts from around the world.

Celebrity Weddings Unveiled

(7:00 a.m. GMT) The American TV network CBS will broadcast a show dedicated to the weddings of celebrities, "Celebrity Weddings Unveiled" on July 5, 2005 at 8:00 p.m. ET. Céline writes the preface of a collection celebrating childhood

This is a real asset for the project of a father from Warwick (Canada), Danny Boisvert, whose son is affected by cystic fibrosis : Céline Dion accepted to wrote the preface of a collection dedicated to childhood, entitled 'Souffle de vie', that will be published in September 2005. One year ago, Danny and his wife learned that their son, Gabriel, was affected by cystic fibrosis. "When I heard 'cystic fibrosis', during the first days, during the first minutes, in my head, I thought about the word "death"", said M. Boisvert.

So, he had the idea of inviting other authors to add their texts to his one. In less than two months, he met more than 200 authors. That is how the project ‘Souffle de vie’ came true. The younger author is 12, and the elder 88. Last month, Danny learned a very good news : the Canadian godmother of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Céline Dion, accepted to wrote the preface of his book. All the benefits will go the Quebecer Association against cystic fibrosis, and more than 150 readers already booked their copy.

Céline Dion posed for the Grévin Museum

The Grévin Museum in Paris will inaugurate at the beginning of 2006, the waxen statue of Céline Dion who has already posed in Las Vegas for one of the sculptors of the Parisian museum. At the same time, a second waxen statue will be inaugurated at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas where she actually performs.

"Our team thus carry out a dream by immortalizing the most famous singer of the world". The Grévin Museum hopes that the singer will come to Paris for the unveiling-ceremony. "After being received at Céline Dion and Rene Angélil's in Las Vegas to take all measurements, pictures and videos which will be used as a basis of work, the sculptor Claus Velte will take six months to make the statue", added the direction of the Parisian museum.

Las Vegas 100th Anniversary

(7:00 a.m. GMT) The American TV network Travel Channel will broadcast a show dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of Las Vegas on July 7, 2005 at 9:00 p.m. ET (or on July 8 at 12 a.m. ET; July 10 at 10 a.m. ET). "Host Donnie Osmond floats between the VIP room and the audience, interviewing celebrities and everyday Americans out for a good time as VEGAS TURNS 100. Experience one of the most extravagant birthday celebrations America has ever seen." The show will also feature a segment with Céline.

Céline and René Angelil with Le Point Magazine

The team of Quebec magazine "Le Point" is glad to announce that it has just received, for the second year in row, the confirmation of a partnership with the singer Céline Dion and her husband René Angelil. This partnership, which allows the magazine Le Point to add pages dedicated to the cure of health in all its editions, was initiated by the editor of the magazine Roger-Luc Chayer and Céline Dion's husband and manager, René Angelil in order to allow a bigger diffusion of information about the AIDS prevention and the promotion of good health for homosexual men of Quebec.

Since the announcement of the partnership in 2003, the Dion-Angelil effect was quickly shown. A significant number of advertisers quickly expressed the desire to be linked with the project to benefit the visibility offered by the presence of the famous couple and the Dion-Angelil effect contributed to double the number of pages published by Le Point from 2003 to the date.
