JUPITER - Celine has purchased just over 3 acres at the Bear's Club in Jupiter, according
to Mary Kay McGuire, a spokeswoman for the upscale development.
The French-Canadian pop star and her husband, Rene Angelil, reportedly plan to build a main home
and some "out buildings" on the property, with construction scheduled to be finished by the
time the singer's three-year Las Vegas engagement concludes.
"They are both avid golfers, and they've been members of the Bear's Club since it opened,"
McGuire said of Céline and Angelil.
Céline and René sold their 15,000-square-foot waterfront Admiral's Cove estate for $16
million. New Jersey-based NetJets founder and CEO
Richard Santulli bought the Mediterranean-style home.
Last fall, in Jupiter with his wife to promote World Children's Day, Angelil told The
Jupiter Courier, "We're coming back. We
love the community. This is where we want to raise our children, here and Montreal."
Rules state that construction of Bear's Club homes must begin within 18 months of land
purchase. Although Dion and Angelil
have not yet announced selection of an architect.
Céline said in a prepared statement that she and Angelil chose the Bear's Club for its
"intimate quality neighborhood setting with exceptional privacy and security."
"We've been members of the Bear's Club since its inception, and we love Jack and Barbara Nicklaus and their family," Céline stated. "They designed a beautiful course, and this is a perfect location for our family to live when we are in Florida."
Typical Bear's Club homes are priced from the $3.5 million range to upward of $10 million,
said sales and marketing director Mark Griffin.

The new boss of Park Place, Wallace Barr, is expecting a revival with the help of Céline Dion. Caesars will not get any
proceeds from the tickets. Its only return is incremental spending from Dion's fans. Merrill Lynch analyst David Anders says that in order to meet
its target of a 20% annual return from the theater, Park Place will have to extract $57 million from the expected 75% of the
people who will buy tickets to the show but not stay at Caesars, or around $103 per person.
Park Place argues it can get the same return with just $50 per person. Anders is
"ill-informed," complains a Park Place spokesman.

Céline is German's favourite female singers ! In a recent survey published in Germany, to question "Who's your
favourite singer?", 29% of the respondents answered Herbert Gronemeyer, a rock singer from Bochum, 25% Robbie Williams
and 18% Céline Dion. Celine is followed by Alanis Morissette, as well as Anastacia and Nena
who all got 16% each. Shakira had 13% of the votes, while Sarah Conner had 10%.

Interviewer: How are you adjusting to Vegas life ?
Celine: It's a very different life style, we have here, uh... living with our son, being stable, sleeping in the same bed every
night and I am about to do the best show of my life, so I cannot be happier right now.
Interviewer: You know the great thing about you though it seems that allot of artists and also female artists are using so much
flash and scantily clad clothing. Your talent really speaks for itself. That's got to make you feel good ?
Celine: I feel very fortunate because I started a while back, more then 22 years ago, and I have been surrounded by the
best people out there and it saved me... and I have been having Rene, which is the key of my stability and my health. Because
I met him when I was 12 years old, and I owe it to him... Because honestly from my family to Rene, I found the balance
and it's saving me tremendously!.
Don't Forget, this evening Access Hollywood will tour the set for Celine's upcoming concert
at 7:00 p.m. ET

"A New Day Has Come" album gains four positions rising from #70 to #66 and it was finally
certified triple platinum disk... 3 millions of copies sold!!! While "I Drove All Night"
makes its debut at #74 on this week's Billboard Radio Chart.
On this week's U.S. Adult Contemporary Chart, "A New Day Has Come" single drops down from
#11 to #12 with 1219 spins. "At Last" drops down from #14 to #15 with 763 spins.
"I Drove All Night" gains three positions, rising to #16 from 19 with 728 spins.
Besides, "IDAN" is at #1 on the "AC Most Added Chart" with

points better than WXYZ's usual programming. Fueled by pop singer Celine Dion's bravura
